Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned beets in their juice

Additives


Steps

  1. Puree the beets in a blender.
  2. Strain in a cheesecloth.
  3. Dissolve the soy lecithin in the beet juice with a hand blender or an eggbeater an produce a good quantity of foam.
  4. Spoon foam over the chosen dish.
