- In a blender, mix the mango purée + water + campari + Calcium
- Mix 1 liter water + Alginate
-Take the mixture with a measuring spoon and drop the in the Alginate bath. Keep the sphere in the bath for three minute
-Wash the sphere in the bath of clean water
