Ingredients
- 400 gr. mango purée
- 50 gr. water
- 50 gr. Campari (liquor)
- 1 L water
- bath of clean water
Additives
- Calcium salts 10 gr.
- Sodium alginate 5 gr.
Steps
- In a blender, mix the mango purée + water + campari + Calcium
- Mix 1 liter water + Alginate
-Take the mixture with a measuring spoon and drop the in the Alginate bath. Keep the sphere in the bath for three minute
-Wash the sphere in the bath of clean water
