Ingredients
- 400 gr.water
- 100 gr. simple syrup (TPT)
- 30 gr. Cocoa powder
- 1 litro Water
- Bath of clean water
Additives
- Calcium salts 10 gr.
- Sodium alginate 2,5 gr
Steps
-Combine and mix with an immersion blender, + simple syrup + water + cocoa powder + Alginate. Heat until the cocoa dissolves completely
-Mix water + Calcium
-Take the mixture with a seringue and drop the in the Calcium bath. Keep the sphere in the bath for one minute
-Wash the sphere in the bath of clean water
-Mix water + Calcium
