  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 ice cubes

Steps

Liquify all the ingredients with the xanthan gum in a blender.

just tried it with Skim Milk - not bad :) Also, for us Yanks - 1g is .48 of a teaspoon...
